Tandelyn A. Weaver

Executive Director

Tandelyn A. Weaver is an experienced leader with over 25 years in Management, Finance, Marketing and Sales.  As the Executive Director, she is responsible for overall strategic direction, advocacy, funding, collaborations, and managing external relationships.  She leads the team in providing the Platinum Experience to all clients, resulting in continuous growth in sales and sustained profitably each year.  Additionally, she creates, directs, and oversees several programs including the signature Entrepreneur Learning Center, The Construction Contractors’ College, and Debt Boot Camp. 

Mrs. Weaver is a Mayoral Appointee to the TIRZ 9 Board of Directors and serves on the Advisory Boards of SCORE and The Associated General Contractors.   Previously, she served as the Houston City Director and Executive Coach for Coachville, LLC. 

Prior to joining The Kingdom Builders’ Center, Mrs. Weaver held Executive positions in several Fortune 50 companies including Citibank, IBM, and Merrill Lynch.  She received her BA from Spelman College and MBA in Marketing and Finance from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Kanika Lee 

Executive Administrator and Program Manager 

Kanika also serves as the Safety Coordinator and Tenant Relations Coordinator for several nonprofit, for-profit and educational institutions that make their home within The KBC and provide services to the Windsor Village Church Family and the central Southwest Houston area.


Prior to coming to The KBC, Kanika has spent most of her professional career in the financial services industry.  She was a licensed investment broker with a Series 7, Series 63 and life and health insurance licenses for more than ten years.  She worked for Signature Securities in the Institutional Trading and Sales Department, JPMorgan Chase as a Personal Banker and Small Business Development Specialist and Wealth Design Group as a Financial Specialist. 


Kanika is a native Houstonian.  She graduated from Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas with a major in history and a minor in economics.  She is a long-term member of the Windsor Village Church Family where she has served in various ministries and is most active in the Council on Ministries.  Kanika is a recipient of the National Women of Achievement Award.

Tangela Bond

Events Manager

Tangela serves at The KBC as the Events Manager. She brings with her many years of experience in both the private and

nonprofit sector. Her dedication to successful event logistics helps to ensure that each event exceeds the client’s expectations.


Her attention to detail and winning personality consistently delivers platinum-level service with a smile.


Tangela’s determination is to “Provide a Platinum Experience through Excellence and Integrity”.

Ameerah Lee-Smith

Resource Scheduler and Cafe' Manager

Ameerah brings organization and systematic excellence to our team.  It is her experience and attention to detail that allows the KBC to ensure that our guests receive the best space available and that our tenants have ample space to host their events all in a seamless process. 


Ameerah’s schedule coordination with both the facilities and event departments solidifies the KBC’s commitment to excellence and makes it one of the premier event facilities in Houston.

Phillip McKnight

Facilities Director

Phil’s motto, “There are no winners on a losing team” is an example of why The KBC is a premier facility. 


He and his team work closely with the event planners to make sure every detail is accounted for.  Whatever the guests need, Phil and his team strive to please. 


It is that effort and dedication that makes every event a success.

Michael Edison

Facilities Manager

Michael is new to the Kingdom Builders’ Center. He serves as the Facility Manager and brings over 20 years of managerial and supervisory experience to the team.


Michael, along with the Facilities department, manages the daily operations of the KBC regarding tenant and event logistics, as well as, the building maintenance and cleaning.


It is his priority to keep the facility running efficiently and to also ensure that the KBC’s environment is suitable for work and fellowship.

R. Lee Hall

Office Works CEO

R. Lee Hall is the founder and CEO of KBC Office Works, LLC, a ten-year-old business located inside The Kingdom Builders’ Center.  Office Works welcomes small business, non-profit and school leaders seeking a creative partner to help them communicate through visual images and the written word in formats usable across multiple media.  Their motto, “walk in with it in your head; walk out with it in your hand,” has left countless customers happy and satisfied. 


Their largest client is the Windsor Village Church Family (WVCF) for whom they produce 6,000 to 10,000 copies of bulletins, sermon notes, power guides and other materials on a weekly basis.


Lee joined the staff of the Windsor Village Church Family in 1989 where she created and managed the publications department.  The department was a one-woman shop for many years until Lee was able to hire three additional employees.  In 2007, the publications department went from a non-profit entity under the WVCF to a commercial enterprise as KBC Office Works LLC.


Lee has served as a WVCF Communion Steward for 18 years and hopes to serve 18 more.

Ron Bailey

Production Coordinator and IT Manager

During his 5 years with the KBC, Ron has proven to be one of our most versatile employees.


His responsibilities are Managing the Officeworks Production Center and Managing the Information Technology department which include, computer networks, and network administration.  


Ron has successfully managed the entire IT infrastructure at The KBC leading large implementation and rollout project corporate wide.


Ron’s hard work is not only noticed by his peers but recognized by the clients as well. Ron’s motto, “Deliver platinum service at all times.”

Dominique Scott

Office Works Administrative Assistant

Dominique Scott is the Administrative Assistant to Office Works: Graphic Design and Print. Dominique has been with the KBC for a little over a year.


Outside of her daily work, she is an active member of the Windsor Village Church Family and participates as a young adult leader for the Youth Outbreak Praise Team, Prayer Ministry and Christian Education Department. She is also a member of the Adult Prayer Ministry.
